New Employee Orientation Program

New Employee Orientation is hosted by The Office of Human Resources each month in the Administrative Services Building, Room 103. The Orientation Day may last from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. A full calendar invitation will be sent to new employees prior to their scheduled Orientation date.

All new full-time staff are required to attend orientation. Attendance is not required for Adjunct, Faculty, and hourly Temporary employees.

Note: Unionized employees are invited to meet with the union representative of their respective bargaining unit after the commencement of New Hire Orientation.

A link to complete the TCNJ Policies and Procedures Acknowledgement Form will be sent upon signing in to the New Hire Orientation session.

Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Program Training (Applicable employees only)

Specific environmental, health, and safety training may be required based on your job description and assigned tasks. A member of the Office of Environmental, Health, and Safety will contact you to discuss training requirements.
